This is a highly rewarding role where you will thoroughly analyze local consumer preferences and sales data to deliver meticulous Japanese craftsmanship—tailored to the climate and culture of each country—to Southeast Asia, while maintaining an uncompromised commitment to quality ingredients.

At WeLinkle, we are currently seeking a Brand Marketing Specialist to help us bring our brand, ESTELIQUE, to an even wider audience.
Your responsibilities will span a wide range of dynamic initiatives, from sales activities across Japan, Thailand, and other Southeast Asian countries, to social media planning, Web marketing, and PR event production. This is far from a routine job of just checking off tasks. Here, you will have the autonomy to directly shape and execute your own ideas, driven by the mindset of "How can we showcase the appeal of ESTELIQUE even better?"

必須スキル
・ 基本的なPCスキル
（Word、Excel、PowerPointでの資料作成・データ集計）
・美容やトレンドに対する高い関心・アンテナをお持ちの方
・Basic PC skills (document creation and data aggregation using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
・A strong interest in beauty and trends, with a keen sense for tracking the latest movements.
Required skills

・英語、タイ語ができる方
・WEB広告（Meta、Google、LINE広告等）の
運用実務経験
・Canva、Photoshop、Illustrator、
動画編集ソフト（Premiere Pro等）の基本操作スキル
Preferred Skills

Key Responsibilities
Sales activities (Japan, Thailand and other Southeast Asian countries), Social media planning and management, Web marketing, Brand strategy and PR event planning, etc.
Location
Head Office: Shibadaimon, Minato-ku, Tokyo, Remote work system available
Salary & Compensation
Monthly Salary: From 240,000 JPY (Probationary period applies)
Salary will be commensurate with experience, skills, and previous salary.
Salary Increase: Once a year (Based on performance and evaluation)
Bonus: Twice a year (Based on performance and evaluation)
Working Hours
Flextime System (8 actual working hours), Leaving on time is highly encouraged, For business trips to Thailand and other Southeast Asian countries, company regulations will apply.
